Job Description:The Client Service Representative (CSR) will provide customer service and operational support to the Client Management Team.

The team supports a division of Fidelity, serving the needs of their High Net Worth Clients.The TeamFidelity Family Office Services (FFOS) provides comprehensive technology, wealth management products and service excellence to family offices and their advisors.

FFOS is seeking a Client Services Representative (CSR) to join the team to provide customer service and operational support to the Client Management Team.Fidelity Family Office Services is the business unit that provides custody, brokerage, investment and reporting services to family offices, wealthy families and the advisors that support them.

Fidelity Family Office Services is a cost-effective alternative for clients who want institutional capabilities delivered with objective guidance, exceptional service, integrity, and security.

We provide services to more than 350 family office clients across the country.

We have a strong culture of engagement, service execution and employee recognition.The Expertise You Have Bachelors degree required 1-3 years in financial asset/brokerage servicing with an emphasis on customer service Series 7 & 63 licensing required or obtained within first 6 months Proven experience with High Net Worth Client Base is a plusThe Skills You Bring You have strong interpersonal skills and the proven ability to deliver highly personalized service to a small group of high-profile clients You have exceptional client service phone skills Your attention to detail and ability to deliver exceptional results You have solid organizational skills, with expert ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.

You have the ability to work in a dynamic, deadline-oriented environment You display excellent problem solving and analytical skills Your proven experience with Fidelity mainframe systems: FBSI, CACTUS, and XTRAC preferredThe Value You Deliver Supporting divisional business needs, while maintaining a client first mentality.

Perform NIGO research and conduct client call-outs to resolve issues Ownership of client accommodation needs regarding service, trading and problem resolution issues, with clear responsibility to advance issues as appropriate within the team.

Assist with the prefill of applications/forms Provide backup phone coverage in times of heavy call volume.
