ReadySet is a growing diversity solutions firm which supports organizations in becoming more diverse, equitable, inclusive, and human-centric.

We develop strategic DEI plans, review and revamp organizational policies and programs, run workshops and trainings, and advise organizational leadership.

We bring together essential DEI, culture, and engagement initiatives into a cohesive, integrated whole, and analyze and employ data to support clients in harnessing their innovative potential.

ReadySet is looking for a creative and critical thinker to support its strategic engagements.

There are currently opportunities for senior full time and part-time roles, either as employees or as consultants with specific HR or DEI expertise.What you might do: Conduct assessments.

Support ReadySet in conducting client assessmentsDesign engagements.

Design and Lead engagements in response to assessment findingsDevelop strategies.

Support the development and implementation of company-level D&I strategiesCoach Leaders.

Provide executive and leadership coaching to individuals on inclusive management tools and practicesAdvise on processes.

Support process-level analysis, recommendation, and strategic implementation on issues related to hiring, performance management, and promotion. Implement projects.

Support project planning to ensure that strategic recommendations are implemented smoothlyConsult on policies.

Provide input on internal policy design and implementation for our clientsOwn projects.

Manage discrete projects within engagements with increasing autonomy over timeWe’re looking for a creative, driven person who has:Masters degree or equivalent work experience in organizational psychology, human resources management, law, policy, business management, or a related field 5+ years work experience with a minimum 2 years experience in a tech company, government agency, or not-for-profit 5+ years work experience in management consulting, diversity and inclusion, human resources, or learning and development roles preferredDeep understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion in organizations, as demonstrated through work and/or volunteer experiencePeople management experienceProject management experienceStrong written and oral communication skillsExperience with quantitative and qualitative research methodsDesire to work in a collaborative environment We’re a small team, that believes in the values of continual learning, creative engagement, and research-driven results.
