Efficiently managing and leading cross-functional internal and external digital design teams to complement and support Agile development teams.

Ensuring consistent, high quality designs that align with brand and accessibility standards.

Partnering with other leaders to establish a creative and highly collaborative culture, design strategies and related tools.

Partnering with product leaders, listen to their project specifications and translate their requests into design requirements.

Partnering with research and business partners to ensure all design decisions are well grounded in data and industry best practices.

Providing mentoring, direction and guidance for Designers to improve their designs and maximize their contributions.

Collaborating with stakeholders and Design Operations to prioritize and staff design roadmap efforts.

Working with developers and testers to ensure proper implementation of designed solutions.

User research testing, measuring and tuning designs to maximize engagement, empathy, and emotional resonance.

Leading and facilitating ideation sessions to support product development, using Design Thinking methods and principles, in close partnership with other stakeholders.
