By joining the team as a Project Administrator, you will assist a team of Project Managers and report to our Office Manager with an outline of tasks below: Construction Project Administrator: The Project Administrator is responsible for the day to day administrative duties, and document control for projects; support for Project Managers.

Duties and responsibilities: Document control and organization of project subcontracts, submittals, RFI’s, RFC’s, change orders, and correspondence.

Organize, set up and maintain project files, and logs Work with Project Manager to prepare project start – up information and work orders.

Work with Project Manager to close out projects; assemble as-builts, warranty applications, warranties, and project file archiving.

Work with project team to complete projects full cycle; implementation to close out.

Assist Project Manager with coordination and assembly of document packages, subcontracts, and bid proposals.

Skills / Experience: Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, Publisher), Bluebeam Revu (preferred), and Adobe Acrobat Architecture, construction or similar industry experience required providing administrative support and document control for projects A self-starter with the ability to work independently and prioritize workload accordingly.

Time management and ability to self-prioritize workload a must.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Working amongst a team in a collaborative and supportive role.
