The Gordon Flesch Company strives to recognize and appreciate our associate’s commitment, creativity, and the results they deliver every day for our customers and the community.In this role you will:Promptly and professionally support high volumes of customer phone calls through to resolution; handling on average 1,200 queue calls per monthProcess all toner and supply orders, along with service requests, received through various methods of communicationMaintain and promote high level of professionalism in all forms of communication at all levelsDispatch Service Technicians to Service calls appropriately and in a timely mannerLeveraging internal resources, provide basic troubleshooting support for customer calls, and appropriately route internally to Service or Technical Support when neededClose Billable Service Calls with technicians making adjustments as neededProcess Service & Supply Invoice editsAssist imageCARE administrator with remote data collection software as it relates to customer accounts and equipmentAssist customers picking up parts, toner and supplies as neededYou should have:High School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to provide effective telephonic customer support in a high volume environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProvide excellent customer serviceProblem solving skillsExcellent data entry skillsAbility to type 35-40 wpmProficient with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and OutlookThe Gordon Flesch Company offers Medical, Dental, Personal Time, Vacation Time, Holiday Time, Tuition Reimbursement, 401(k) and 401(k) match, a Wellness Program and many more!The contractor will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
