Position SummaryCodeScan is looking for a salesforce technical support case manager to help with CodeScan’s growing sales, technical support and solutions for our client base.

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in solving complex coding issues and supporting our clients with their code quality and security analysis.

The candidate will need to have great analytical capabilities, interpersonal skills, and an excellent detail-oriented mentality.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on the leading code analysis product that has quickly been adopted by many in the Salesforce ecosystem. This role will require you to be on-site at our office in San Diego. Knowledge, Abilities and Qualifications2+ years’ experience in technical support1+ years’ experience working with the Salesforce ecosystemUnderstanding of coding languages Attention to detailGreat communication skills.
