Civil Engineer We are currently seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team in Los Angeles, CA 90014 About Us: We are a civil engineering firm committed to the integration of infrastructure, design and the environment.

Job Responsibilities: Work Closely with Internal project team in development of Construction Documents for all scales of site development Work with a team of design engineers, CAD designer to assure Quality Assurance and Quality Control through various phases of projects Lead a team of Junior engineers in the development of project deliverables Create and implement innovative design techniques that enhance company productive of assignments Ensure engineering designs are in compliance with current applicable state and local regulations Develop project specification in CSI format Works independently under general supervision Exercise sound judgment on design decisions and in application of standard methods Work with multiple site base files oriented in different coordinate frames and varying units Assemble and collate plan set packages Education and Experience: 5-10 years of industry experience Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineer from an ABET/EAC Accredited program EIT required.

PE Preferred Experience with Site Grading, Earthwork Calculations, Road Design, Drainage, (Calculations and reports) Utility layout and sizing, technical Report Writing Experience in assembling and collating plan set packages Previous experience in putting together plan set packages and providing redlines for drafters LEED accredited Skills and Abilities Proficient in AutoCAD Knowledge of GIS and Adobe Creative Suite Preferred Knowledge of civil design programs (Civil 3D, LDT, Hydro CAD.

Flowmasters, storm CAD, etc.) preferred Excellent communication skills – written and verbal Maintains confidential and security of sensitive company and client information Works well and communicates effectively with others Plans, organizes, prioritizes, multi-tasks and uses time effectively Able to read, interpret and collect data documents, and design topographic data sets Able to analyze and solve problems Able to prepare reports, correspondence and memos Willingness to work with multiple staff and be part of multiple teaming scenarios Compensation and Benefits: Compensation is commensurate with experience Benefits package available 9/80 schedule – work/life balance is an important aspect of our culture ESOP Professional development reimbursement – 10% of Annual Salary To Apply: Please submit your resume via the “APPLY NOW�? button
