All ManTech employees will need to meet the requirements set forth in Executive Order 14042 and the Safer Federal Workforce Task Force Guidance requiring all covered contractor personnel to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.Secure our Nation, Ignite your Future.Become an integral part of a diverse team while working at an Industry Leading Organization, where our employees come first. At ManTech International Corporation, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Staff Unified Communication Analyst to join our team in Chantilly, VA.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Resolving Unified Communications user incidents and requestsAssist in solving operational voice and video challengesAssist in resolving issues with vendor-specific multi-level video teleconferencing systemsComplete Moves/Adds/Changes according to the specified SLAsProvides weekly report activities to managerAssist with the installation of local and/or remote data and voice communications equipment to include but not limited to voice terminals, video conferencing units, concentrators, minicomputers, central processing units, and facsimiles.Assist with creating appropriate documentation, including operational instructionsBasic Qualifications:Requires Bachelor’s degree in an (IT, Math or Engineering field) or equivalent experience work experienceDoD 8570 IAT Level 2 certification required (CCNA Security, GICSP, GSEC, Sec+, CND or SSCP)DoD 8570 computing environment certification within 6 months of hire. Cisco CCNA Voice or equivalent certificationExperience with Cisco VTC codes, Cisco VoIP endpoints, Cisco Unified Call Manager (CUCM) version 11.5 or later, Cisco Telepresence Management ServerGood problem-solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve itÂUtilize excellent customer service skills and exceed customers’ expectationsÂExcellent oral and written communication skillsÂLocal travel up to 10%Preferred Qualifications:Experience with SolarWinds Voice/Video QoS product a plusSecurity Clearance Requirements:Active Top Secret clearance adjudicated within the past 6 years. Candidate must be open to CI polyPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 75% of the timeMust be able to move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machineryMust be able to position self to maintain office supplies on variable height shelving.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situationsMust be able to observe and detect employee deviations from established policyFor all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
