Director of Nurses Gold Country Health Center (Placerville) is seeking a compassionate, qualified Director of Nurses for our 68-bed skilled rehab unit.

The ideal candidate must have 3-5 yrs of progressive nursing management exp., possess a RN lic., and have a proven track record for supervising the delivery of high quality, resident-centered care.

The ability to build teams and manage all regulatory surveys is essential.

PDPM transition and team functioning well.
