E4 Cardiology Telemetry is a 28-bed unit and serves as the central cardiac monitoring site for the inpatient floors.

JOB SUMMARY The Clinical Resource Leader (CRL) is recognized as the clinical expert in Patient Care Services and a leadership role model for Registered Nurses and all staff under their supervision.

Directs the work in such a way to ensure the overall Patient Flow.

This position will assign all patient care activities assuring that staff are qualified to care for assigned patients, support team members, and ensure quality and service excellence to our patients.

They will also, facilitate challenging situations.

The CRL will appropriately assign the workload.

Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and developing staff performance.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s Degree in a health related field a qualified candidate in the process of completing the education requirement will be considered.

Master’s degree preferred.

Experience: Applicable nurse specialty experience of at least 2 years; at least 3 years preferred.

Charge or supervisory experience required.

Licensure, Certification, Registration : Current Connecticut License Registered Nurse/or Connecticut License in clinical specialty.

Ability to obtain/maintain ACLS within 90 days of hire.

Must be able to pass the dysrhythmia test within 3 months of hire.

Must be able to successfully complete a critical care course within one year of hire.

BLS required.

Language Skills : Highly effective verbal and written communication skills.
