This individual will have the overall responsibility of supporting manufacturing in order to meet their schedule goals while enhancing productivity and product quality.

This will include a lot of fixture/equipment design work on a day to day basis.

Responsibilities: Implement new equipment and tools into Production utilizing quality tools such as IQ/OQ/PQ and Process Validations that meet requirements of Class III / PMA product.

Design, develop, and implement production equipment/fixtures and processes that will increase efficiency, reliability, and safety of assembly personnel.

Initiate, maintain, and monitor equipment/fixture quality standards such as calibration, preventive maintenance, and repairs on an ongoing basis.

Support Production on daily tasks by providing as-needed sustaining support and training for assembly personnel such as productions supplies, equipment operation and process instructions.

Requirements: Ideal candidate will have at least 3+ years of relevant experience in the medical device/diagnostics industry.

Extensive fixture/equipment design experience as well as solid works experience Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering
