It’s a mix of smart technology and human touch that will reduce costs and improve care as it becomes the new standard in healthcare.Job SummaryWe are currently seeking exceptional applicants for a full-time virtual position that will see a mix of adult and pediatric cases, for both acute and longitudinal care issues.Responsibilities and DutiesAbility to see both children and adults for acute care issues, as well as providing guidance about primary and longitudinal care.

Provide both synchronous and asynchronous careConsistently provide a world-class level of quality and patient experienceReview and manage daily tasks, patient callbacks, and lab results during shiftCoordinate care with central support, referral specialists, clinic based providers, and external providersBe able to seamlessly blend in-person care with virtual follow-up and vice versaHelp triage patients to higher levels of care with excellent, safe hand-offsOversee care provided by other virtual care Nurse Practitioners and Physician AssistantsBe a part of rolling out new programs and successfully operationalizing new offeringsQualifications and SkillsBC/BE MD or DO Family Medicine, IM/Peds, or Emergency Med with primary care experienceDemonstrated success in a virtual care role with 1+ years experienceDemonstrated excellent written/verbal communication skills and virtual ‘bedside’ mannerActive license in CA required.
