Immediate need for a BI Manager for a rapidly growing organization that has a great culture and portfolio.

Job Responsibilities Biz Intel and Reporting (50%) Create, update and distribute comprehensive business scorecards, including depletions, KPIs, inventory reporting, attrition/acquisition, National Accounts performance, competitive assessment, etc.

Partner closely with Field Sales team to review performance trends and identify concrete growth opportunities Monitor and optimize Trade spend management, including all reporting and rebate processing Manager the monthly Sales Forecast process, including forecast development in conjunction with Sales team and ongoing monitoring/tools Manage tracking for Sales Incentives programs Complete Ad hoc Reporting and Requests in a timely and efficient manner Strategy development (20%) Source relevant data to develop insights based Strategic + Annual Operating Plans Translate strategic priorities to trackable, accurate internal objectives and KPIs Develop data based strategies to drive customer growth across all channels of Trade Translate insights into actionable execution guidelines with top customers Tools and Enablers (30%) Work cross-functionally with Field Sales, Marketing, and Finance on data based tools that identify opportunities and drive top line growth Build traditional (Retail) Category Management stories and strategies Develop and maintain comprehensive Catman toolbox and customer playbooks Ensure ICNA’s CRM system is accurate, powerful and optimized from a data and functional perspective Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field +5 years’ experience in sales planning, business insights, category management or similar role (A minimum of 5 years CPG experience, preferably across both Foodservice and Retail Channels Excellent computer skills specifically with Microsoft Products: Superior Excel Skills | Excel Power User (Pivots, Nested formulas, macros, etc), PowerPoint: must be comfortable creating sales presentations, Word, Publisher, Access is a plus JDE power user (Familiarity with applicable software and data sources (JDE, VIP, CRM, Trade Mgmt, IRI/Nielsen, CREST, etc) Business Objects power user Familiar with Continuous Improvement tools and Project Management Process orientated | experience in developing processes| detailed minded Strong Prioritization and Organizational skills Must have strong creative problem solving skills Cross-functional effectiveness Must be independent and effective at working in a team environment, fast paced environment Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate both written and orally Demonstrated consistent results and track record of success in large and small companies
