Recruiter Job Responsibilities: Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates; advising managers; and maintaining positive client/candidate relationships Utilize an Applicant Tracking System and a variety of other software to track and manage Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organization information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; and maintaining rapport Travel to career fairs to search for qualified personnel Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, and comparing qualifications to job requirements Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules; arranging travel, lodging, and meals; escorting applicant to interviews; and arranging community tours Evaluates applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers and interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications Improves organization attractiveness by recommending new policies and practices; monitoring job offers and compensation practices; and emphasizing benefits and perks Recruiter Qualifications/Skills:Recruiting and interviewing skills Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills Strong communication skills, professionalism, and organization are a must Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements2-4 years exempt and non-exempt recruiting experience in full life-cycle environment, including management of multiple high-volume roles simultaneously Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting in relevant industry environment Bachelor’s degree preferred
