Senior recruiter team lead

At Workyard, we’re building a next generation staffing and HR platform specifically designed for the construction industry.

We’re re-inventing the experience for both companies and workers by adding trust, transparency, and technology wherever possible.We are currently experiencing rapid growth and are looking for a lead recruiter to join our team.

This is a player-coach role.RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage a team of recruiters to provide excellent support in the full cycle recruitment process.

Set goals for each team member, provide training and coaching and give feedback on performanceDrive and improve team KPI’s (i.e.

placement success rate, number of total filled roles, deadline attainment, etc)Recruit, onboard and train new hiresDevelop metrics and reporting to drive continuous improvement and goal attainmentVet and screen workers over the phone to ensure they match the required skills and attributes required by our clientsContribute to building our playbook of screening processes for each type of role we offerEnsure staffing processes are being followed: collect all necessary documentation from hiring managers to ensure corporate and government compliance, review and maintain documentation to assure legal and departmental complianceManage follow-up communications pre and post-placement with our clientsProvide an exceptional experience for every candidate, regardless of the outcomeMaintaining solid working relationships with all our skilled trade workers, this includes taking their calls to ensure they are happy and any issues that require escalation are attended to by our organizationQUALIFICATIONS:5+ years of experience recruiting1+ years of experience managing a teamBachelor’s Degree requiredStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to hit goals – balancing efficiency with qualityA genuine interest in technology as shown by continuous learning throughout your careerAbility to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced officeHighly motivated to succeed, with a track record for doing so in whatever you decide to focus your energy on (work, education, sports, etc.)WHAT WE OFFER YOU:Front row seat in a fun and fast-growing company remaking the sourcing and hiring process in the construction industryOpportunity to join a learning environment where you’ll be working closely with an experienced teamRewarding commission structureHealth benefits + unlimited PTO
