Requirements5+ years experience as a recruiter at a fast paced, high growth technology company — strong preference for hardware experience (e.g., power electronics, FPGA/RTL, thermal)Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build a diverse pipelineAbility to distinguish between the top 50% and the top 5% of talent within their respective fieldsExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appropriate blend of professionalism and friendlinessCreative candidate sourcing techniques and data driven decision makingExceptional organizational skills and great follow-through on tasksUS Citizenship or Green Card
