Brand ID LLC is seeking an experienced trim and packaging product developer.

You will be responsible for supporting the domestic sales team as it relates to trim and packaging development.

You duties and responsibilities will include all aspects of trim and packaging development. These duties include but are not limited to the following: Customer service related issuesCreatively finding and suggesting new product solutions for our customersInternal and External CommunicationCapturing product details in Salesforce.comQuality ControlSample ReviewsPricing ReviewsAnswering questions from customers relating to product development or productionReceiving and preparing samples for customer approvalAnswering questions from customer serviceChecking on the status of samples and productionAdding color ways to itemsDropping samples off at customersPicking up approvals and reference materials from customersCreating art requestsMeeting with customersSubmitting prices to customersCommunicating with Hong Kong staff Education & ExperienceAssociate’s or Bachelor’s Degree and (or) relevant work experience in the Apparel Market3 – 5 years’ experience or relevant work experience in the Apparel MarketExperience working effectively in complex global organizations, satisfying the needs of diverse constituents and often working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities
