At ManTech International Corporation, you’ll help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Scrum Master to join our team in Chantilly, VA.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage the team’s product backlog, release planning, daily standup meetings, and release retrospectivesGuide and coach the Scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices to deliver high quality servicesMaintain a Kanban board for an O&M sustainment teamSchedule and facilitate scrum events, meetings, decision-making process, and help resolve conflicts and issuesMonitor progress and performance and assist teams to make improvementsMaintain close working relationships with leadership, scrum teams, and other stakeholdersLead working sessions to review and determine requirements, scope, and schedule constraintsRemove all obstacles to project team efficiency and effectivenessMaintain relevant performance metrics that help the team see how they are doingDevelop and provide team metrics and reportsManage product releases, deployments, and dependencies between teamsAssist PM with day-to-day activitiesBasic Qualifications:Minimum Education: B.S.

or relevant experience in related fieldMinimum/General Experience: 4-6 years of relevant Scrum Master experienceMust have hands-on Scrum Master experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsUnderstanding the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release managementExperience using JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, and MS PowerPointCertified Scrum Master (CSM)/Scrum Practitioner with experience leading Scrum teamsExperience in IC System Engineering and O&M processesSecurity Clearance Requirements:Must possess an active TS/SCIÂ w/ a CI polygraphPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.

Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
