Logistics & Freight Coordinator

Our client, a leader in the transportation industry, is currently seeking a Logistics & Freight Coordinator to join their team in Toronto – West End. The ideal candidate will be responsible for arranging and quoting FTL and LTL moves, Coordinate and communicate shipment activities, routing freight via LTL and expedited ground carriers, negotiate best rates for customers and company, among other duties as assigned. This is a full-time / permanent position.

Qualifications:

• Post – Secondary Education in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 1-3 years related logistics coordinator experience
• Data entry skills with an attention to detail required
• Load Link experience an asset.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary: $40,000 – $50,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
