Office Clerk FULL-TIME $17/hr The General Office Clerk is responsible for creating and issuing customer documents including cut sheets, scanning, filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks.

Essential Functions:
• Generate and issue invoices to customers
• Update customer files with issued invoices
• Update the customer master file with contact information
• Prepare packing slips for shipment and maintenance of the Inventory System.

• Coordinate the processing of A/P Invoices to include scanning, filing, and data entry of AP invoices.

• Customer order data entry.
