Job Title: Operations AdministratorDepartment: OperationsReports to: Inbound Logistics SupervisorPrimary duty is to provide administrative support to both inbound and outbound logistics by obtaining and reviewing all paperwork related to inventory prior to inputting data in ABS.Essential And Responds to all email warehouse requests for purchase order, stock transfer and return manifests Receives all inventory into ABS for A, G, and T divisions which includes verifying all information is correct for all product against purchase orders, stock transfers and work orders Ensures TTR information is attached to each container tally and shares this with the Quality Assurance team Ensures necessary paperwork is attached in ABS for all receipts Assists in adjusting inventory whenever necessary Ensures stock transfers with claims are completed and debit memos are mailed in a timely manner Communicates with the various warehouses to follow up on transfer in storage requests and approvals Upon receipt of Canadian product, verifies the FDA/PAPS clearances and updates the same in ABS Assists inbound logistics team with review of all customs broker invoices and requests back up information when necessaryGeneral Ability to plan, organize, prioritize, multi-task and use time effectively Ability to analyze and solve problems Detail oriented Maintains accurate and complete records Ability to read and interpret written information and follow directions Reliable attendance Works well and communicates effectively with others Provides prompt and courteous customer serviceEducation/Experience High school diploma or GED, at a minimum.

Associate degree in Business or related field, preferred.
