Cordoba Music Group is a leading manufacturer and distributor of acoustic and electric guitars, ukuleles, basses and musical instrument accessories.

Some of CMG’s brands include Cordoba Guitars®, Guild Guitars®, DeArmond® and HumiCase®, which are internationally distributed and played by a wide range of musicians.

Cordoba is the largest supplier of nylon string guitars and ukuleles in U.S.

retail chains, online retailers, and independent dealers across the USA.

Guild is an iconic brand of acoustic and electric instruments with roots going back to the early 50’s.

Other CMG brands include Savarez®, and Aquila®, of which CMG is the largest importer and U.S.

distributor.The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development and execution of marketing communications and digital content that support the objectives of the Cordoba Music Group.

This position will be focused on the Guild Guitars brand.

This includes supporting our social media accounts (content, engagement, response), web content, email, search engine optimization (SEO), and display advertising.

This position reports to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing cost effective digital marketing programs and communications that drive sales and support the customer journey.

Responsibilities
• Develop and execute plans to grow brand awareness
• Enhance social media content (photo and video support)
• Optimize and support email strategy/deployment
• Provide forecasting recommendations to assist in market planning 
• Propose and help implement marketing programs and promotional campaigns 
• Deliver and present monthly marketing reports to management
• Develop web copy, merchandising, banners, and promotions 
• Monitor digital advertising campaigns to remain within budget 
• Stay current with marketplaces and trends
• Other duties and projects as assigned Qualifications
• Bachelor of Science in Marketing, Business or related field or equivalent experience 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing role 
• Excellent project management skills, with a demonstrated ability to consistently prioritize and manage multiple tasks 
• Outstanding communication skills across numerous platforms including written, verbal and multimedia 
• Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, trends, strategies and best practices 
• Proficiency with social media platforms and a proven track record building B2B brands via Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 
• Willingness to assist customers/followers on social media in resolving their issues
• Highly motivated and can work independently, detailed oriented, organized and efficient 
• Team player; ability to work well and be flexible within marketing team and other departments 
• Creative problem solver, passionate about winning and achieving results 
• Love of music and/or guitars is a huge plus!
