And lastly, do you want to enjoy great flexibility and freedom while you help propel our company to the next stage of growth? Promomash’s new Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist will play a key role in scaling our demand generation machine by taking our recently implemented tech stack, getting hands-on, and optimizing it for success.

The ideal candidate is highly analytical, strategic, technically savvy, and a creative problem-solver who can orchestrate tools, data and processes to help our sales and marketing teams do their jobs more effectively.

This is a new role reporting to the VP of Marketing.What You’ll be Doing Serve as a power user of Promomash’s sales and marketing tech stack: Hubspot, Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, Zapier, etc.

Set up, manage and track client acquisition campaigns end-to-end in Salesforce and Hubspot Implement and monitor routine A/B testing across landing pages and emails Manage and monitor performance of Sales Sequences in Outreach Implement, manage and optimize marketing automation workflows, forms, chatbot, and all other operational elements within Hubspot Undertake data analysis and research projects for sales and marketing purposes (i.e.

market identification and sizing, audience segmentation, data enhancement) Implement and maintain an effective lead scoring model that supports defined sales and marketing processes Mine databases such as Zoominfo to pull contact lists required for targeted campaigns Develop custom dashboards to track progress towards sales and marketing KPIs Ensure and maintain the integrity of sales and marketing data via routine hygiene and system maintenance Additional duties as requiredRequirements 3+ years of experience in a Sales or Marketing operations role (preferably in Tech or B2B) 2+ years of experience as a marketing automation and CRM power user (specifically in Hubspot and Salesforce) Strong understanding of digital marketing, inbound marketing, and marketing automation concepts and trends Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including ability to run VLOOKUP and similar reference formulas, pivot tables, and other advanced data functions Knowledge of Google Analytics, Zoominfo/Discoverorg, and Zapier Preferred: Hubspot Inbound Certification Preferred: Salesforce certification About PromomashWe are out to transform the consumer products goods (CPG) industry by helping people promote better.
