We currently have an opening for a Benefits Administrator in our El Segundo office.

This is a full-time, exempt level position. HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE TO TEAM24: BenefitsManage, schedule, and conduct benefit orientation for all new employeesFacilitate & lead Open EnrollmentEnroll new employees in benefit plans and update informationPrepare all benefit termination packets, including maintain and tracking COBRARun monthly benefit reports and assist in benefit correspondencesProcess, administer and oversee all leave of absence and accommodation requests and disability paperwork: medical, personal, disability, Federal & State mandated leaves (FMLA, CFRA, PDL, ADA, FEHA) Retirement PlansAdminister the day-to-day aspects of the retirement plans including: enrollment, contribution funding, deferral rate changes, maintaining up-to-date beneficiary information, distribution of appropriate notices, account rollovers, loans, account withdrawals, etc.Perform plan audits; prepare, collect and organize data for auditors; ensure timely 5500 filing HR Support Conduct new hire orientationMaintain electronic employee personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirementsHRIS maintenance and reporting (HRO, Stratustime, Preview, Benetrac)Keep employee records up to date by entering new hires, processing employee status changes and facilitating employee terminations in a timely mannerRespond to employee information requests including: unemployment, disability, paid family leave, employment verification WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO BE SUCCESSFUL: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field2-4 years progressive Benefits & HR experienceHealthcare experience is a plusExceptional interpersonal and communication skillsMust be detail-oriented and have strong organizational skillsExcellent customer serviceMust be proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
