Purpose: Provides expertise and coordination to associates in the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, and Hong Kong for all core benefits that PSEB Group offers.

Responsible for keeping up-to-date on federal, state, and provincial regulations as well as audit plans to maintain compliance. Provide technical and administrative support to the Manager, Benefits as well as other team members.

Core Accountabilities:Work as part of a team to administer associate benefits across the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, and Hong Kong.

Respond to associate requests and questions related to Health & Welfare, Disability, Retirement, Wellness or Worker’s Compensation (“WC”) benefits.Process benefits enrollments timely, check for accuracy and follow-up for completion of information.

Approves and collects supporting documentation from associates for all qualifying life event benefit changes.

Partner closely with Sr.

Benefits Analyst, Manager, Benefits or PSEB payroll department to ensure timely and accurate benefit deductions are taken.Reconcile/audit bi-weekly payroll for deductions taken for U.S., Puerto Rico and Canada.Collaborate with the Manager, Benefits to administer the benefits communication strategy on an annual basis, including: open enrollment, benefit booklets, Wellness, Summary Plan Descriptions, on-going communication and intranet updates as necessary.Assist associates and management with questions and inquiries regarding benefits, disability, accommodations, or wellness programsSupport Risk Manager with WC claims from notice to closure, as needed. Build and maintain relationships with internal partners and external benefit carriers, vendors, and consultants Other duties as assigned.Education/Experience Required:4-year Degree or equivalent experience3-5 years of progressive benefits or HR experience in a medium to large size companyMulti-country, multi-state experience preferred UltiPro Payroll/HRIS experience preferredPHR, SHRM-CP or CEBS certification a plus
