NTWRK is a new content, commerce and experience company for the pop-culture obsessed generation.

Through a mobile-first video platform, NTWRK features original daily content hosted by celebrities, musicians, and notable pop-culture figures all paired with shoppable exclusive products launched in partnership with premier brands.

Together we are challenging the traditional definitions of retail and entertainment with a new category we refer to as “retailment.�? NTWRK is backed by the likes of Jimmy Iovine, LeBron James, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Drake and Live Nation Entertainment, and have featured collaborations with Nike, Adidas, Billie Eilish, Drake, Juice WRLD, Antonio Brown, Odell Beckham Jr., Gary Vaynerchuk and more. We are a small team working together to deliver outsized impact.

You’ll work cross-functionally with our marketing, operations, product, merchandising, finance, and sponsorship teams to uncover strategic insights, automate reporting, and building internal tools and dashboards to empower the organization.

Objectives of this RoleThrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workloadContinually discover actionable insights by always seeking answers in our dataMaintain up-to-date knowledge about industry best practices and trendsCollaborate with team members across all departments – especially marketing, growth, sponsorship, and productDaily and Monthly ResponsibilitiesUse SQL to build dashboards that drive business decisions across different business teamsIdentify and prioritize projects with the largest potential ROIDevelop KPIs, set strategic goals, and help departments track progress towards those goalsConduct analysis and share data-driven insights by synthesizing data from several data sourcesEnsure data integrity and help identify opportunities to improve data warehouse architectureSuggest, help implement, and analyze testing to improve growth, retention, engagement, and revenueAnalyze marketing, paid ads, and social channel performance and make recommendations for improvementsForecast product sales and develop improvements in inventory planningHelp build a better understanding of NTWRK’s users and identify avenues for growthSkills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in quantitative or business fields or equivalent work experience1-2 years of work experience in data analytics, management consulting, or other quantitative roleAnalytical mindset with demonstrated ability to work through complex, ambiguous problems using dataProven ability to use SQL to build dataset and arrive at actionable insights, ideally experienced with Amazon Redshift or PostgreSQLExperience with a BI Visualization tool like Tableau, Looker, Periscope, or Grow.Strong written/verbal communication skillsPrevious start-up experience a plus
