JOB SUMMARYThe company is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to support a busy and growing Commercial Department. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a multi-tasker and someone with a passion for the Commercial industry. The role will support the Senior Executive Producer with day-to-day operational and administrative duties, as well as provide support for our roster of directors. This position will report directly to the Senior Executive Producer.DUTIESAssist Executive Producer, commercial and freelance staff in day to day tasksScreen EP calls Schedule calls and meetingsRecord creative calls and follow-up calls and upload into Dropbox job folderUpdate, maintain and distribute:Job-status gridDirector availability docDepartment calendarWeekly update docAssign and Manage workspace for production teamsManage & complete PO’s, Expense reports, CC forms & petty cashUpdate and maintain dropbox in coordination with Gareth Wood (HoP)Arrange and manage department staff travelCoordinate department special events (birthdays, meetings, gatherings)Order and maintain department suppliesTreatment coordinationHold key crew for upcoming projects per EP’s directionAssist EP/Sales teams in reel development for projectsWiredrive maintenance track completion of new work and updatesUpdate and maintain the website and social media Create physical job folders for EP to include:Agency boards Agency specsAny initial emails from the agency Any initial emails/info from reps with pertinent job info General researchRequirement: at least 2 years of experience in commercial production, supporting an Executive Producer at least 2 year’s experience in an office setting performing administrative duties proficiency in Microsoft Word working knowledge of Google suite
