Job Summary:Partner with Partners, Producers, and Service teams to develop, service, and manage Employee Benefits technology and complimentary technology.

Manager is expected to meet service team’s needs as it relates to customers’ needs and expectations in a prompt, professional, and accurate manner.

Job Responsibilities:This is a summary of your responsibilities; refer to the procedure manual for details.Work closely with and support the service team to identify client needs, existing or ongoing issues, and assist with implementation of benefits related technology.

Be the pivotal point of contact for the account management team, customers, carriers, and vendors for benefits related technology Provide frequent training to clients, service teams, and benefits leaders on current and emerging technology Assist clients organize open enrollment systems, conduct post open enrollment audit, and general troubleshooting.

Prepare and manage any systems review and/or implementations Communicate professionally and develop solid relationships with customers and carriers and general agents Assist the service team and/or clients with daily service functions relating to administrative issues, connectivity, eligibility, and other general issues.

Provide leadership and solutions for current and future technology solutions Support Producer in the development of new business and cross-selling opportunities for new and existing customers Keep abreast of insurance industry developments and apply to current business practices Attend meetings and trainings as requested Work on special projects or duties as requested by Partners or Benefits Manager Assist with training of new employees as requested by management Support fellow team members when asked, providing it does not impact the results of your position Learn new marketplace offerings or those offered to existing clients Have command of and thorough understanding of Applied Systems, Brokerage Builder, Health Connect Internet Access and Microsoft Office products.
