About the Event Guest Experience Producer position As Event Guest Experience Producer, you will plan, develop, and execute event experiences with a focus on the attendee experience and journey.

Candidates must have a track record of producing exceptional large and small scale events for a range of clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, and leading event productions on both the client and agency side.

Primary goals of the job are to ensure 1) brilliantly-managed event development and preproduction process and ideation 2) thought leadership and flawless execution 3) the best possible creativity, problem solving, and quality 4) absolute client satisfaction via exceptional service and responsiveness and results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO Evaluate, develop and present optimal guest experience/journey in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders.

Proactively solve problems and overcome potential objections to build consensus with all stakeholders to achieve the ideal guest experience.

Communicate with clients, vendors, venues, and subcontractors as the primary representative of the company.

Build relationships with venues, caterers, consultants, and company clients and to ensure high levels of vendor and client satisfaction.

Manage, process, and respond to a high volume of incoming client requests for event production.

Develop strong internal client relations.

Ensure deliverables are thoroughly planned and executed properly.

Understand and predict event production so as to properly align concepts, ideas, and programs with expected, or required budget parameters.

C-level engagement on a daily basis, speaker support, ensuring content is developed properly and is of acceptable quality.

Manage risk in live event environment including testing, back-up plans, and minimizing opportunity for mistakes in the run of show.

Actively interact with the client to ensure that the client’s creative vision is realized in the projects being produced and to manage expectations.

Continually push to raise the bar for the quality and production value of the events.

Understands technical components, how technical disciplines relate to each other, and how the technical elements relate to the décor and design portion of the project.

ABOUT YOU 5-10 + years of event production experience (particularly in a creative or event technology industry).

Prior relevant experience driving brand representation and delivering on experiential events and conferences with large attendance and multiple stakeholders.

Excellent customer service skills including tact and diplomacy.

BA or equivalent work experience required.

Degrees in either video, media, theater design, communications, and production or business is a plus.

Excellent computer skills including, but not limited to: MS Office, Outlook, Keynote, Dropbox etc.

Ability to develop, read, calculate, and interpret contracts, pricing, and financial reports.

Outstanding interpersonal communications and conflict management skills.

Strong organizational and project management skills.

Works well under pressure with a proven ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced setting, meet deadlines and goals, and effectively deal with competing demands.

Excellent attention to detail, highly organized, and outstanding follow-up skills.

Works independently with minimal supervision.

Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
