POSITION OVERVIEW: The Event Registration Coordinator works with the client and program team to define registration and reporting requirements for each program.

The position will help develop a registration and reporting project timeline for each program to meet all objectives and deadlines for the program.

The position is responsible for managing all aspects of registration and reporting for multiple concurrent programs, including pre-registration planning, and assisting with the development of the registration website.

The position is responsible for the management and quality control of all registration information, creation of custom reports and collateral, and to provide customer service to all event attendees.

The Event Registration Coordinator manages all aspects of the registration and reporting process from pre-planning to post-program.

This person needs to have a passion for customer service, detail and travel.

ROLE SPECIFICS (not all are listed): Program Development Work with the client and program team to define registration and reporting requirements Propose registration solutions for the team to review and approve Participate in planning calls updating the team on registration and reporting related information Help create a registration and reporting timeline to meet all program objectives and deadlines Identify registration and reporting issues during the implementation and registration process, analyze challenges, and proposing solutions Registration Management Assist with the development of the event website and registration Partner with the planning team to create event branded registration communications Manage all aspects of registration, including invitation list, email communication, attendee data, and quality control Perform data management tasks i.e., update and clean data, ensure accuracy data, identify missing or unclear information Manage attendee arrangements with program vendors (i.e., hotel, air travel, DMC, etc.) Assist attendees with online registration or any program-related questions by email and phone Track attendee/client issues and resolutions Reporting and Collateral Generate standard and custom reports as required for each program Work with the client and program team to identify program collateral requirements Create personalized program collateral including special mailings Responsible for quality control of all participant data, reports and personalized collateral material Onsite, as applicable Define onsite roles with the program team based on program needs Manage onsite database changes and communicate with staff.

Set up and manage Hospitality Desk Post Program Assist in the creation and manage the post-program survey Produce and manage post-program mailings and collateral Provide post program reports as required by program POSITION REQUIREMENTS: The Events Registration Coordinator must have management experience in events and meeting registration and be able to manage registration staff and diverse personalities Being a self-starter with an excellent execution track record and being able to think analytically while being results orientated are all traits the Events Registration Coordinator must possess The Events Registration Coordinator must have the ability to work independently and collaboratively as well be able to juggle multiple programs simultaneously, working within deadlines and budgets The Events Registration Coordinator should possess excellent verbal, written communication and proofing skills Extensive industry experience with standard registration systems and reporting processes is a requirement for the Events Registration Coordinator The Events Registration Coordinator must have either a Bachelor’s degree in a similar field or experience which demonstrates a go-getter attitude Benefits: Competitive Base Salary A Strong Bonus Program Excellent Benefits Paid Vacation And Other Exciting Perks
