Our Executive Assistant manages the day to day administrative support for our Chief Financial Officer, General Counsel, and Head of Human Resources. We have a fast-paced, culturally strong environment and need an EA who thrives in a team environment and is also comfortable working independently.

Having a knack for enhancing executives’ effectiveness by providing scheduling and time management support is highly important in this role, as are enthusiasm, discretion and tact, as you’ll be a representative of our executives to all internal and external constituents. You’ll also work in close collaboration with our other dynamic, professional EAs that support our executive team. Essential ResponsibilitiesProvide proactive administrative support for executives, keeping their calendars up to date, managing and prioritizing internal/external meetings, video/teleconferences, and travel and expensesCoordinate and source information from internal teams to compile materials for quarterly and annual Board of Directors meetings and other Committee meetings, as well as handle all logistics, such as travel, meeting materials, catering, etc.Coordinate and manage all logistics for our Town Halls and other similar culture-based and employee-focused meetings, including assisting in compiling presentationsPrepare purchase requisitions to support purchase authorizations for spending managed by departments supportedMaintain customer and employee confidence by protecting operations and sensitive informationDevelop and maintain various filing systems and record meeting discussionsConserve executives’ time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing informationPrepare agendas, assemble and organize content for department staff meetingsPrepare expense reports, audit, and approve direct reports T&EPro-actively identify inefficiencies and means to streamline executives’ daily activitiesComplete special projects as required Basic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED5-7 years’ experience supporting executives and working with a Board of DirectorsStrong ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written correspondence with all levels of peers and leadership at SeaSpine, distributorships, hospitals, and other vendors globallyCritical thinker with strong attention to detail, and ability to problem solve and establish solutions in a high-growth and fast-pace environmentAbility to work creatively, prioritize and smoothly manage goals and initiatives amidst competing prioritiesAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Excel, and PPTExperience with Concur, or similar travel and expense system Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s DegreeExperience at a publicly traded company
