Neural Analytics is an agile and energetic workplace, staffed by a growing, high-performing team.We are currently searching for a Field Engineer.Key Conduct product demonstrations, installations, updates, and issue resolution inassigned territoryPerform onsite evaluations and verifications to ensure a successful installationFacilitate equipment delivery, receipt, unpacking and setupWork directly with customers to troubleshoot and evaluate all product issues and/or inquiries in assigned territoryWork onsite with customers and remotely in collaboration with Sales, Customer Care, & Operations to provide technical assistanceBuild strong customer relationships and foster a reputation for excellence in customer serviceBecome technically competent in the mechanical, electrical, & software aspects of the entire Neural Analytics’ product offeringsRepair, update, and perform maintenance on Neural Analytics’ productsEnsure that customer issues & resolutions are captured, tracked, & reported according to Neural Analytics’ proceduresEffectively communicate with customers regarding the status of service requests, order inquiries, & other related customer mattersBe proactive to ensure timely issue resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction Handle customer complaints in accordance with regulatory requirements and the requirements of the Neural Analytics Quality Management System (QMS)Provide ongoing product training to internal & external customers as neededManage and maintain an inventory of loaner and replacement equipment and spare parts to facilitate rapid customer turn-around timeDesired Skills And Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical device company field service experience preferredAbility to travelAbility to lift 75 lbs and move up to 150 lbs Demonstrate success providing excellent customer care & technical supportCapable of applying engineering skills to analyze and address complex technical issuesCapable of troubleshooting and repairing electro-mechanical systemsExperience working directly with healthcare organizations & providersDemonstrated success initiating & managing continuous improvement projectsStrong organizational and follow up skills, as well as attention to detailAbility to leverage and/or engage others to accomplish projectsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate at multiple levels in the organization.Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a rapidly changing, challenging environment where requirements and responsibilities are constantly evolving.Bachelors degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering or related technical field preferred
