WHAT WE NEED Our Media Processing Coordinator is an administrative support position to our Media Buying group.

He/she will sit alongside other Media Processing Coordinators and work together on other day-to-day related business functions within the Media Processing Department.

The Media Processing Department is responsible for the full life cycle of data elements related to the media airings purchased by the Media Buying group.

WHAT YOU’LL DOVerify and process media airings from prelog, to post log, possible discrepancy and affidavit Receive and process daily station data through 3rd party automation partner Work with media coordinators to ensure station files are formatted for automated processing Communicate issues and process completion with media coordinators Verify high volume of station invoices ensuring the data matches our system Work closely with Media Buyers and Account Executives to resolve any discrepancies Contact stations to resolve any outstanding or discrepant invoices, as well as improve automation formats Prepares ‘Full Disclosure’ reports monthly for clients – this includes filing and alphabetizing processed invoices WHO YOU ARE Bachelor’s Degree preferably in business, economics, marketing or accounting Must be able to enter data accurately Must be a detail-oriented person Must be able to work well with others as well as individually Highly motivated to assist others on the team Capable of multitasking and possesses prioritization skills Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint Experience working in a database desired, but not required Strong initiative, excellent interpersonal skills, problem solving skills, communication/rapport building, attention to detail, tenacity, and a pro-active entrepreneurial spirit Individual drives a positive moral within the department and leads by example in the department Please note: We have recently become aware that individuals not associated with Havas or Havas Edge have fraudulently used our company name and in some cases, employee names, to solicit applications for fake jobs, to conduct fake job interviews and to extend fake job offers.
