You: As a Partnership Coordinator, you will serve a critical role in tracking and executing partnership agreements for our clients and stakeholders.

You have one to two years of community outreach experience or relevant professional experience under your belt.

You can manage competing project demands, prioritize your tasks, and execute strategic directives with multiple community organizations. With a passion for mission-driven work, you are an effective and articulate communicator who takes pride in your ability to engage with the community!

Your background includes:One to two years of community outreach experience, event planning experience, or relevant professional experience in an advertising agency An understanding of diverse and multicultural communities Flexibility and high performance in dynamic, fast-paced environments with real-time adjustments A strong professional persona, customer service experience a plus Nonprofit experience serving Asian American and Pacific Islander communities a plus Optional, but would be a huge plus if you are bilingual A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field Authorization to work in the U.S.

Your job would include:Coordinating and executing partnership agreements with a cordial customer service approach Supporting a portfolio of partners including setting up meetings, participating in regular check-ins, day-to-day executions, and tracking progress on partnership agreements Tracking and supporting the day-to-day management of partnership activities Maintaining a systematic, process-driven approach for existing and future partnerships Conducting research for partnership opportunities to help determine partnership potentials with various organizations and community partners Domestic travel to attend national events and connect with partners may be required Working closely with the Partnership Specialist and Director of Operations Strategy How to Apply: Please submit your cover letter and resume to, titled “Partnership Coordinator (LA).�?
