Etco HOMES is a high-end luxury residential developer located in Beverly Hills and is seeking an experienced and motivated team player to fill our Office Administrator position.

The Office Administrator is responsible to provide administrative and office support to the organization, in coordination with the Office Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone who is dedicated, eager to grow and interested in learning office management skills. The Office Administrator reports directly to the Office Manager.ResponsibilitiesEssential Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to the following):In coordination with the Office Manager, maintain organization of the corporate office and participate in the review and establishment of new systems and procedures.Order and set-up all new hire equipment for Corporate and Field employees (Desktops, Monitors, Desk Phones, Laptops, iPads, Cell phones).Help maintain all office equipment (phones, copiers, postage machine, coffee machines, etc.).Help troubleshoot IT issues for corporate office staff with direction of IT consultant.Learn and administer on-line business software systems such as the Version Business Account and Paycheck time card software.Order all office supplies and kitchen comforts; unpacking and restocking all orders; update office budget spreadsheet on a weekly basis.Coordinate with Sales and Marketing to order and maintain office supplies for outside Sales offices.Assist in the planning and setup of office client, partner and employee meetings.Assist with company event planning, office team building and training activities.Provide various administrative duties to all departments on an as needed basis.Provide backup phone coverage for Receptionist.QualificationsExperience:Minimum Associates degree preferred or equivalent work-related experienceMinimum 4-years Administrative Assistant/Office experienceExperience in a professional office environmentLocal candidates highly preferredSkills:Tech savvyExcellent computer skills (PC, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.)Self-starter & ability to excel in a fast-paced environmentWork independent and as a team playerPositive attitude and professionalSelf-motivated and fast learnerExcellent organizational skillsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal) Salary: Based on ExperienceRecruiters please do not contact.
