Dermatology Specialists

This is a Full-time position in San Diego, CA posted September 5, 2019.

Seeking individual to work closely with our Chief Administrative Officer to oversee the day-to-day operation of a large, multi-site dermatology practice.

This individual will work primarily in our Oceanside office and must have experience in practice management, HR, knowledge of EMR, insurance contracting, compliance and strong business acumen.

We are looking for a candidate exhibiting strong leadership skills, initiative, organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and consistent follow through in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities:Evaluate insurance contracts-review and negotiations, make recommendations to improve the agreement terms, monitor reimbursement for accuracy with contract terms.

Monitor and reconcile cost center activities.Ensures compliance with regulations and standards.

(HIPAA,CLIA,OSHA,MIPS)Oversight of the Research Department.

Staff oversight, contract review, and budget negotiations.Oversight of Estheticians and daily operations.Works to establish efficient office processes at each of the offices.Evaluate work flow and operational problems and make recommendations for improvement.Responsible for the overall development and standardization of office procedures and ensures that the staff works uniformly and collaboratively.Assists in the development and implementation of cost effective policies and procedures for all administrative and operational areas.Works with staff to ensure quality patient care and services are provided.Oversee practice marketing and social media.Day-to-day facility management oversightSupports and implements technology change, IT oversight.Oversee office insurance policies, i.e.

Our office locations are in Oceanside, Solana Beach, San Marcos, Fallbrook, Murrieta, Menifee & Temecula.This position will work primarliy from out Oceanside location.

Just 4 miles from the beach off Rancho Del Oro road and Vista Way.

Our staff includes 9 physicians, 2 physician assistants, 2 nurse practitioner and 85+ support staff.
