Scheduler/Client Care Coordinator Visiting Angels is an award -winning private duty home care agency located in Palm Beach County, Florida. We are seeking an experienced Scheduler/Client Care Coordinator with superb customer service and communication skills, a commitment to quality and integrity, and the ability to perform well under pressure. Responsibilities Include: Promote client satisfaction by scheduling the best caregiver to match the client’s needs and personality Answer inquiries from clients and prospective clients Ensure all client and caregiver data is entered into software system Assist in interviewing, hiring and orienting new caregivers Maintain effective communications with caregivers to ensure they have the resources and information to provide good quality care to our clients Participate in client regular follow ups to ensure client satisfaction Share on-call rotation responsibilities   Requirements: Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent experience in client/customer service Minimum 1 of year direct experience in home care scheduling   Benefits: Medical Insurance Life Insurance Disability Insurance Paid Time Off Performance Bonuses
