Service coordinator

This is a Full-time position in Exeter, CA posted July 8, 2019.

Job Purpose / Performance Outputs: Provides support services and customer service. Supports Service Supervisor or Service Manager.

Essential Functions Performed: (Other functions/tasks may be required besides those listed)
· Invoice , quotes, PO documentation
· Parts ordering from vendors
· Provides information to customers per job status
· Assists supervisor in answering customer’s technical questions
· Dispatches field technicians and in-house work only as authorized by supervisor
· Maintains shop job log board and job status
· Invoices customers
· Maintains paperwork and files for all jobs and billings
· Processes and orders all rob ticket items
· Is responsible for petty cash and petty cash recap
· Plays a key role in BOM change return items and specification change administration Core Job Competencies (skills, knowledge, abilities) Required: (Others may be required)
· Interpersonal skills interacting with branch and service personnel, customers and vendors.
· Communication skills verbal, written, phone and listening skills
· Knowledge of clerical and filing methods
· PC knowledge, including Word, Excel, and main frame software
· Attention to detail
· Planning and organization for self and others JOB PREREQUISITES (needed upon job entry) Position: School Diploma Specific Experience Amount and Type: 1 to 2 years of customer service experience 1 to 2 years of PC experience with Word and Excel Benefits Full benefits incl.
