This is a Full-time position in San Francisco, CA posted December 21, 2019.

The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for establishing, cultivating, and maintaining business relationships with all of our current and potential customers.

The primary objective of the AE role is to drive revenue, increase sales, develop, and strengthen our position as a leader in the clinical skin care market.

The AE is required to plan, strategize, and achieve growth through education, events, and support of our existing account partners.

Other key functions include development and implementation of key marketing strategies and educational training programs.

Additionally, the AE plays an integral role in managing the successful launch of new products and protocols, including their presentation, introduction and execution in the field.

Expectation is that all of the above be done with an underlying focus on achieving and surpassing sales objectives and through creating alliances with key account personnel including store managers, department managers, and sales associates.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Serve as main point person for all customer contacts within given territoryDevelop and maintain positive and impactful relationships with valued account partners and staffPlan and strategize to increase sales and sell throughSeek new avenues for growth and expansion of businessEducate account personnel on brand, product, and protocolsCollaborate and maintain communication with accounts to ensure proper stock levels and order consistencyIdentify, develop, and implement training programs to support business growthStrategize, plan, and execute successful seasonal and promotional eventsOffer support via materials, collateral, and sampling on a regular and timely basisSeek, hire, manage and coordinate team of freelance to support events and business growthMaintain professionalism through open and positive communication with both internal and external partnersDevelop call cycle to ensure comprehensive support of all accounts and partners in given territoryExperience/Skill RequirementsExceptional interpersonal skills and ability to build positive/effective business partnerships
• Proven ability to drive sales and provide excellent customer serviceDemonstrated ability to inspire, coach, and develop a teamAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, changing environmentPossess effective organization skills and is detail-orientedSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyAble to work a flexible schedule including weekendsFamiliarity with adhering to budgetsExcellent communication skills: verbal, non-verbal, and written including strong presentation abilitiesComputer proficiency : all Microsoft™ Office programs and other analytical toolsAdditional Requirements: May require up to 25% travel5 years of equivalent experience in the Cosmetic/Aesthetic/Beauty industry plus BS/BA degree preferred.
