We give all the residents in the property our Free CK mobile app to download so wherever they are in the world, they get a Video call to their cell phone when someone is at the front door or front gate of their community.

The resident can then open that Door, Gate or Garage with their CK Mobile app to give access to their guest.

However, the Cloud Screen is only one of our amazing technologies.

Ability to work some nights and weekends for trade shows, to help us generate new business and partnerships with Resellers.What You’ll Do In Sales For CKMost of your work will be selling two target markets;Direct B2B Targets Commercial Property Owners, Decision Makers, Builders, HOA for communities, Property Management Companies managing all types of commercial property.

Mainly Apartments and New Construction of Multi-Family Developments.Reseller B2B Targets Companies who will help you sell CK Product and Service.

In this target market, you are going out and meeting small companies that already Sell and Install some form of access control to commercial properties.

They already have a book of business that you will what to tap into.

They are already getting calls every day to replace or fix old access control systems for different customers in their book of business.

Your JOB is to introduce/show them CK technology.

Show them how CK offers superior access control products vs anything that may be selling already.

CK offers unmatched management and user convenience, safety, and cool factor.

This is not hard given the fact that CK is way more advanced.70% of your day will be focused on identifying, qualifying and setting up sales pitch meetings with access control Resellers/Installers to become resale channel partner relationships.30% of your day will be focused on Direct B2B Sales activities working directly with property management companies, CRE owner-operators, and decision makers.

Follow up on existing direct B2B sales leads.

Setting up office pitch meetings with CRE executive decision makers.Gorilla Marketing in the Field Drive around and stop in on NEW CONSTRUCTION sites your see being built.

Find the Decision maker on the project at the job side and introduce CK for their new property being built.

They all need Access Control, you are just there to show them the best system on the market.Learn how access control works from the ground up and build the foundation for your career at CloudKeyz.Work directly with our CEO to identify ongoing strategic targets, live office board room sales pitch with technology demo, trade shows, etc.Demonstrate the value of our offering through a phone call, email, LinkedIn, and other social mediums.Diligently update Zoho, our CRM, to stay current on leads and follow-ups.Shadow our CEO in meetings and other activities to help you acquire the skills you’ll need to progress in your role on the CloudKeyz sales team.Skills You’ll NeedThe desire to dive headfirst into an early-stage tech startup environment.Cold Calling Experience Needed (if this scares you don’t apply)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

You should be a great writer, speaker, and listener.Business Professional meeting people and with email follow-up, setting-up pitch meetings in their officeExperience with Access Control or Security/CCTV Camera systems.Fearlessness willing to hop on the phone with new people every day and explain CloudKeyz’s value proposition as it relates to each individual you speak with.An obsession with prospect happiness set the stage for effective sales follow-up.The courage to challenge the status quo when logic and reason require it.
