We are an equal opportunity employer. What You’ll Do: The Senior Account Executive position requires the ability to manage, and begin to lead, the agency’s day-to-day relationship with key client contacts for a variety of large global gaming accounts.

Clients hire us for our expertise, and they value honestyEffectively balance the dual expectations of your clients and the agency Anticipate potential relationship or expectation issues, advising the Account Supervisor in time for the agency to act proactively Assist the Account Supervisor with the development of an annual Client Development Plan Manage fully integrated, high volume campaigns from initial client briefing through final delivery Effectively assign, delegate, coordinate and monitor the work of agency staff members assigned to client projects Encourage and demonstrate unity behind team and agency decision-making Identify potential growth opportunities and create actionable plans to nurture themEffectively incorporate senior leadership from account management as well as other departments as project objectives or issues warrant What You’ll Need: 5 years minimum agency experience Deep passion for video games is essentialExperience working on gaming, tech, consumer product, or entertainment verticals is a mustAn understanding of the role that strategy plays in a client’s communication mix Demonstrated experience leading accounts focused on video, social, and/or print deliverablesA track record of developing large scale 360 campaign initiatives The ability to maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations, in both client-facing and agency-facing communicationsStrong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal, written communication, and emotional intelligenceExcellent organizational, attention to detail, and time management skillsSolution-oriented thinker and problem-solver Experience developing and managing budgets on large, high-volume pieces of business Superior communication skills and an ability to counsel clients’ top executive management on campaign needs
