Surfwater striker field sales executive


This is a Full-time position in San Diego, CA posted September 6, 2019.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, outgoing, Sales professional to join our Los Angeles and San Diego Team!

In this STRIKER position you will be driving and increasing the distribution of SURFWATER.You will be responsible for managing your own territory, showing independent stores, retailers and some new channel’s we would like to be in, the commercial benefit of selling our products in their stores..

and help them stay more plastic free!

This position will increase product sales and placement at “on & off premise” stores.

Our STRIKER will win daily new customers and increase penetration in a professional manner in implementing SURFWATER perfection standards.

The ideal SURFWATER STRIKER is a goal & result oriented individual.

SHE/HE can quickly establish relationships, sales figures and a high product availability and visibility in the territory.

The primary function of our STRIKER will be to spend over 80% of the time in the field calling on new customers and serving existing once.

You will be accountable on listing SURFWATER in the max.

possible number of ‘right stores’ which we will sahre at later stage.

Required Admin work will account for 20% of your time.

Precise reporting on follow up market visit results, communication to Regional Manager/Business Development Manager on status of market conditions, and status on completion of future business objectives is cucial.

Deliverables of the SURFWATER STRIKER: SHE / HE,
· Participates in overall sales strategy and goal planning for sale of SURFWATER
· Prospects new business by determining focus areas within territory
· Works with or find new designated distributors in the territory to meet sales goals
· Communicates effectively with BDR on strategic direction of assigned territory
· Maximize the POS/Visibility exposure in each SURFWATER selling account
· Organize an efficient schedule including a daily route along with a monthly plans
· Prepare paperwork on time in a neat, legible, and professional manner
· Keep thorough and up to date notes on all existing and target accounts
· BE THE BOSS of your territory with entrepreneurial eyes to seek out new opportunities to increase sales, penetration in delivering monthly results Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 year Outside (or out of the Van) Sales Experience
· Bachelor’s degree preferred
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Excellent organizational skills and ability to plan effective sales call day
· B2B sales experience selling skills, a plus
· Possess the ability to make effective Presentations & Communicate effectively
· Must be able to build and maintain customer relationships
· Good understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
· Ability to travel as required, 60% of time on road vs.

home market
· This position requires a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR
· Bi-lingual Spanish Speaking is preferred
· Weekend worked required at times
