Attend to the window – Issue tools, equipment or supplies as needed to shop floor employees Maintain records issued and returned Unpack, receive and shelve incoming items to replenish inventory Transfer parts to its location within Oracle Issue material to jobs and stage parts Inventory management of stock items including cycle counts Reconcile Cycle counts File sketches/Close out jobs as needed Monthly shelf life audit Key role in physical inventory General housekeeping/ 5S compliant Job Requirements: Excellent people & organizational skills Experience with the daily operation of supply cribs & the issuant of material Experience with computer managed inventory systems preferred Mechanical or Industrial background preferred Experience working with maintenance and manufacturing personnel is a plus Ability to be flexible Pleasant personality with a strong work ethic is desired
