Account Director As a Account Director within our marketing/ad agency, you play a critical role as the clients’ trusted advisor and champion.

In partnership with the extended team, you manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the account and partner to develop, execute and manage complex projects, programs and campaigns.

Your deep interest and understanding of your clients’ business objectives will help shape future strategies through creative insights and recommendations.

You help drive and grow new business from within the clients you manage.

Responsibilities:Establish regular contacts and relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met, work is progressing and proactively address potential issues and develop solutionsOutline and advise on new and innovative opportunities through client calls or emailsLiaise with internal groups continually to troubleshoot and deliver solutions to clientsManage client relationships and client satisfaction, including determining client goals, deliverables, approvals, and asset management in order to achieve best results and program/project successDevelop forward thinking recommendations that align with client goalsLead high-impact opportunities with clear recommendations to pitch to clientsRepresent the voice of our clients to help shape successful engagementsManage the overall client budget, account profitability, and general performance EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:At least 5 – 7 years’ experience managing client relationships in an agency environment is a MUST HAVEBS in Marketing or Business (or other related field)Demonstrated success at working with cross-functional teams and building strong relationships both internally and externallyProven track record of client success, stakeholder management and ability to drive incremental revenue managing account in excess of 2M per yearStrong attention to detail, stellar follow-up and able to generate strategic creative solutions to meet client needsStrong writing ability focused around creation of creative and project briefs (must be able to provide samples of prior briefs or other writing samples) Ability to multi-task across multiple projects, accounts and stakeholdersExperience with technology and financial services clients is a plusExperience with project management systems is a plusExcellent organization and communication and skillsRelocation not available for this role.Salary: 100K 135K/year DOE + benefits + bonus program
