Exceeding revenue targets each quarter, Business Development is going to play a critical role in sustaining this explosive growth.

The Business Development team is chartered with growing Particle’s pipeline and providing prospects with a best-in-class experience.

As a Business Development Manager at Particle, you will have the opportunity to hire, coach, and prepare a team of Business Development Representatives to take the next step in their careers.

From there, you’ll work with your manager to create your own growth path and get the coaching needed to achieve it.

RESPONSIBILITIES:Supporting team of 8-10 Business Development Representatives Ongoing coaching, mentoring and development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new BDRs on the Particle sales process Partnering with the Marketing team to produce new outbound campaigns Working with the Field Marketing team to select and drive attendance to events that will influence pipeline generation Responsibility for development of prospecting strategies and campaigns to drive outbound opportunity generation Motivating BDRs through recognition, goal setting, competition, and reinforcing a culture of collaboration and success Reporting on opportunity generation activity and effectiveness.

Forecasting pipeline generation to sales leadership Exceeding team’s monthly, quarterly and annual quotas REQUIREMENTS:1+ Year(s) of people management experience 3+ years of work experience in Direct Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing Operations roles Proficiency with CRM tools (eg: Salesforce), email tools (eg: Outreach), and prospecting tools (eg: Linkedin Sales Navigator) Ability to build strong relationships with internal customers (in Marketing, Sales, and Operations) Strong problem solving techniques to identify solutions for key business problems WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:Stock options Flexible and open vacation policy Home internet reimbursement $1000/year learning & development stipend Monthly mentorship stipend Generous parental leave policy
