About the OpportunityThis is an opportunity for a highly organized Business Operations Manager to collaborate with a top Sales team in Santa Barbara and Montecito. The Business Operations Manager is the “HUB�? that coordinates and executes on all operational, administrative, sales and transactional functions of the team. Roles & ResponsibilitiesBusiness OperationsCompiles Sales, Transaction, and Closing paperworkDay to day details of preparing for: showings, open houses, inspections & listings appointmentsGeneral admin across Buyers and Sellers including InTake Forms, Sales Prospecting, DocuSign support and all internal administrative systems. Schedules all property listings milestonesPrepares properties to be ready for marketDedicated Buyers researcher Reviews ExpensesCoordinates Special EventsPlans Quarterly MeetingsPrepares the Weekly Team Meeting agendaProvides Executive Level outreach and client developmentMarketing & Advertising Internal and External MarketingCoordinates all print and online advertising, including: Independent, NewsPress, Montecito Journal, LA Times, Wall Street Journal, etc. Creates Marketing templates and content for: Brochures, Flyers and Custom PiecesMLS (Multiple Listing Service) inputMLS Email blasts Open House and Buyer NeedsCoordinate Open House Directory and Brokers OpensMaintains up to date Marketing CalendarDirect Mail point of contactRun Social Media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YelpOperates internet accounts: Blog, Website, Enewsletters and Online ad platformsResponsible for bi-weekly Blog contentManages and develops client database/CRMQualifications and RequirementsHighly self-motivated and have a desire to learn quickly, multi-task, and work independently as well as part of a team.Must be available to respond to emails after office hours including some weekends.Superior organizational and accuracy skills, detail-oriented.Dependable and punctual.Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, prioritize time-sensitive work.Strong communication skills, verbal, and written.Proficient with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Google Drive and Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint. Must be Confidential & Trustworthy.Confident in suggesting new ideas.Creative thinker with a high degree of initiative and self-motivation with a focus on business outcomes.Detail-oriented with strong attention to follow-through; comfortable within a fast-paced work environment and short deadlines.EducationBA/BS degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, Real Estate, Accounting or related field preferred or equivalent work experience. Work ExperienceTwo (2) to Five (5) years in Marketing, Advertising, Operations, Business Development, Project Management or related. Projected Start DateFebruary 1, 2020
