Position: Digital /Content Marketing ManagerJob Description: A leader to develop, execute, track and optimize our multi-channel, paid and owned media programs with a strong focus on acquiring new customers that develop into long-term, high-value clients. In this role, you will be responsible for all aspects of paid media, including digital, paid search, affiliate, remarketing, email and social media advertising.

Functioning as the paid search and display advertising expert directly managing and sequentially tuning campaigns while developing and executing strategies that acquire customers, generate revenue and create awareness. Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.Paid MediaManage and execute digital advertising including: adwords, display, retargeting, PLA, Social media, mobile advertising, native advertising, programmatic display; performance optimization using scientific experimentation, test, and control fundamentals, data analysis, attribution models, optimization of multi-touch advertising models. Own and direct all facets of paid media, research and testing, production, media planning and buying, and agency management to supporting all brands individual lines of businessIdentify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBuild and create alignment across all functional partners (marketing, design, it, planning and buying)Revenue/GrowthEnsure the brands hit monthly and yearly acquisition targets while keeping within ROI goalsIdentify trends, opportunities, changes and insights to optimize spend and performanceBalance short-term and long term objectives, as well as revenue and brand building objectivesAccountable for creating an ROI positive system for acquiring new clients via advertising (on an LTV basis)Manage and execute email content and loyalty marketing; test, learn and optimizeEmail Campaign Strategy Segmentation & Audience TargetingProvide leadership in identifying target audiences and devising digital Email campaigns that engage, inform and motivate purchase.
