Digital marketing manager

This is a Full-time position in San Francisco, CA posted December 11, 2019.

Our Santa Clara client, an established and profitable insurance technology company which dominates its niche in the industry, is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to execute digital campaigns across a range of channels from SEM/display to email/database, social media to content and inbound/lead capture initiatives.

This role will be a majority B2C position, and consumer-facing experience in tech/software is a must for this role although insurance experience is not a requirement.

Candidates must have strong marketing automation, funnel management, and CPA-optimization experience, using software such as Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.

A strong content creation experience is also highly preferred.

Responsibilities: Lead and take ownership of all demand generation initiatives Manage the Lead management lifecycle for B2C & B2B customers Manage and administer Hubspot/ or other Marketing platforms for inbound and outbound Manage Hubspot/ or other campaigns focused lead nurturing Conduct A/B testing of campaigns Expand and develop marketing platforms and manage the productivity of the marketing plans/projects Responsible for defining and delivering on revenue targets Report on progress and be able to engage with Senior Management on all marketing related initiatives Deliver on marketing activities within an agreed budget and a keen focus on CPAs Report on return on investment and key performance metrics and recommendations Maintain position as a point of contact and be able to liaise with media companies and marketing agencies Closely collaborate with the sales team and other key functions within the company Monitor industry best practices Requirements4+ years of relevant experience 4 years of developing and managing marketing campaigns and driving revenue 4-year college degree in business and/or marketing-related field Experience in both B2C and B2B highly desirable Expertise with Marketing Automation tools and techniques Solid experience in email campaign management Creative content writing ability Experience with budgets and ROI
