Our real estate investment platform gives investors direct access to quality investment opportunities.Job Description:The Director of Operations is responsible for hiring and oversight of the processing staff primarily focused on private and hard money commercial real estate transactions.

Responsibilities include providing a workflow analysis for loan processing and origination staff to support a broad spectrum of unique business purpose loan products.

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable with a variety of loan product processing procedures for internal loans as well as brokered loans. Responsibilities:Recruit, interview and hire staff processors.Manage, monitor and follow up with each processing employee to maintain the proper workflow.Ensure each file complies with all corporate and regulatory policies and procedures.Develop, review and recommend overall operational systems and procedures for the mortgage lending function.Manage projects for deployment of new systems, procedures, and loan products with different investors.Maintain broad knowledge and thorough understanding of applicable federal, state and business purpose loan regulations and guidelines.Monitor daily, weekly and monthly production reports related to managing the pipeline of loans.Qualifications3+ years’ experience processing loans for residential, multifamily, and commercial transactions with a non-QM emphasis, with a minimum of four years’ experience in a Senior Processing position.

Applicants with only owner occupied residential lending experience need not apply.Strategic understanding of the mortgage lending function.Experience with multiple LOS systems.Strong analytical, judgment and managerial skills.Excellent verbal and written communication, and customer service skills.Strong knowledge of processing, closing and funding loans in accordance to Investors guidelines including federal and State required practices.Demonstrated ability to adapt to a rapidly changing federal and state regulatory environment.
