Our client, a confidential high net worth individual, is seeking a hybrid Estate Manager and Personal Assistant to support themself and their family in the Brentwood area.

The perfect candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, a strong communicator and tech savvy.

The role requires someone that is equally comfortable at a desk and in the home and a willingness to be hands-on.

Experience in a similar role for at least 3-5 years desired.

Excellent references a must.

College-education preferred.

Hours are generally M-F from 8:30-4:30 with flexibility to start earlier or work later and occasional weekends for events.

Estate Management Responsibilities: Ensure residence is in pristine guest-ready condition at all times Execute household projects from start to finish Lead/manage household staff and scheduling to ensure house functions smoothly Oversee vendors end-to-end – sourcing, negotiating, NDA, project-management, payment, etc.

Oversee household maintenance calendar in Outlook Coordinate household payroll and expense reimbursement with family office Vehicle maintenance and care Maintain wine cellar inventory Hands-on approach with minor maintenance – filter and light bulb changes, battery changes, pumping up bicycle tires/balls, etc.

Household Responsibilities: Household supplies/inventory/ordering Keep home organized and everything in its place Meal planning/grocery shopping Arranging food for social plans/playdates Gift buying/wrapping Event planning Detailed travel planning Family holidays card – planning, outfit selection, design, mailing list Database and keep up-to-date all important family documents in SharePoint Dog care – manage food and medication, grooming, training, veterinary care Family Responsibilities: Logistics coordination/family calendar management Pick-ups and drop offs from school and activities Arrange babysitter coverage Ordering supplies for school projects and home activities/playdates Activity coordination and registration Summer camp research and registration Reading school notices and making sure everything is ordered/ready Ordering hot lunch/planning lunch Organizing books and ordering new ones Maintaining travel/weekend go-bag with activities for kids Children’s wardrobe and sport equipment management, including uniforms Closet, toy and art supply organization Personal Assistant Responsibilities: Personal appointments Medical appointments/paperwork Business meeting coordination/calendar management Business travel planning Entering notes from business meetings into CRM system Charitable organization coordination Date night reservations Outfit planning for big events Organize closets and donations
